ALL Are Welcome

The Affinity Leaders and Learners (ALL) Mentorship Program connects Northwestern students to alumni based on shared experience and affinity.

About the Program

A complement to the broader Northwestern Network Mentorship Program (NNMP), the ALL Mentorship Program strives to create a more tailored mentorship experience for students. The program fosters a personal, impactful relationship for those who may prefer to connect with someone with similar personal or life experience and career interests.

The ALL Mentorship Program reviews applications and carefully partners students and alumni based on common criteria and interests, making it easy for students to find a meaningful mentor relationship. Each mentor pairing lasts for 4 months, from February through May, and provides community-based opportunities to learn and share together.

ALL Mentorship Program participants can participate in NNMP simultaneously.

Affinity Club Partners

Currently, this program partners with the Northwestern University Black Alumni Association (NUBAA), Northwestern University Asian and Asian American Alumni Association (NU-A5), Northwestern University Pride Alumni Club (NUPAC), Latino Alumni of Northwestern University (LANU), Northwestern University Muslim Alumni (NUMA), and Native American and/or Indigenous alumni. We hope to welcome more affinity groups in the future.

All are welcome to register. If you are interested in participating, or affiliate with an affinity group not yet partnering with the program, please fill out this form.
