Identity is so essential to who we are and, often, the challenges we face. An identity-based connection can also serve as a major source of joy and community. Are you searching for a mentor who can relate in this way? If you’re seeking a more personal, impactful relationship, this is the program for you.

What is your role?

As a learner, you will be matched with an alum who shares one or more of your identities based upon the compatibility of your profiles—how often you’d like to meet, what you’d like to discuss, your communication preferences, etc. From there, you and your mentor will have a formal relationship from October to May. You get to decide what that relationship looks like and how it will best benefit you. Do you prefer to communicate via email? Would you rather meet over FaceTime or Zoom? Do you want to discuss topics like benefits, financial literacy, or microaggressions in the workplace? It’s up to you!

As a learner, you will also have access to the entire ALL Program community in the form of discussion boards, networking mixers, and more. You have the opportunity to learn from every member of our community, in addition to your mentor.

What’s the next step?

Registration is open from September to mid-October.

  • Leaders and Learners register between September and October.
  • Matches will be made in late-October.
  • Pairs will be matched through May.
