Leaders

Thank you for your interest in helping our students navigate life at Northwestern and the formative years after graduation. Your participation can help build connection and create a more inclusive environment for students across the University.

What is your role?

Alumni leaders serve as mentors for up to two students from February through May. You and your learner(s) will be matched based on the compatibility of your profiles—identity, career interests, how often you’d like to meet, what you’d like to discuss, your communication preferences, and more. Your job is just to be you! Your experiences and expertise will be extremely valuable to your learner.

The ALL Program also has a community-based component; you and your learner can utilize discussion boards, attend networking sessions, and meet other mentor-mentee pairs. These opportunities can create a positive mentoring relationship and a sense of community for you and your learner.

The ALL Program is intended to complement the Northwestern Network Mentorship Program. You can participate in one or both programs.
